“This course is easy to understand and follow. You gain insights into why productive reflection is positive for your mental health, and easy to follow steps for you to get you there. I believe this course was set up perfectly for you to learn the skills, and then practice a step before moving to the next step. After going through this course once myself, I am wanting to continue to use the workbook that is being provided. For any incident that comes up, I will use her process to reflect on the situation and grow from it. ”
